Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 Business Days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship to MOST states in the USA, and to the UK at this time.
Products will not ship to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
We do our best to ship same day if ordered before 3PM Central. During sales, special offers, drops and certain events it may take 1-3 business days to ship.
For all international orders, we suggest purchasing route protection.
We also can not modify the customs amount for international orders. Please do not ask us to do this.
International orders will be shipped as industrial hemp products. Please research you state, local, and international laws before ordering from our store. If our hemp products are not legal, and they get confiscated, and you do nor purchase route protection or insurance we will not refund or replace those orders.
If an order says DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for the customer package. We will not be responsible for package stolen, misplaced, or lost AFTER delivery.
